NVIDIA is seeking a visionary Senior Developer Relations Manager to lead our Generative AI (VLM) strategy, with a focus on our Metropolis platform. This role combines ground breaking AI expertise with strategic partnership management to accelerate the adoption of our Metropolis VLM (Vision Language Model) NIMs, Blueprints, and capabilities.
What You'll Do:
- Drive Metropolis VLM Adoption: Implement the integration and deployment of NVIDIA's Metropolis VLM technologies with global system integrators and enterprise partners.
- Architect End-to-End AI Solutions: Design and implement advanced LLM/VLM solutions that showcase the full potential of NVIDIA's GPU architecture and Metropolis platform.
- Optimize AI Workflows: Collaborate with partners to optimize VLM workflows for large-scale, enterprise-grade deployments on the Metropolis platform.
- Develop Technical Demonstrations: Create compelling proof-of-value and benchmarks that illustrate the power of Metropolis VLM capabilities in real-world scenarios.
- Technical Evangelism: Present complex AI concepts and Metropolis solutions at high-profile industry events, partner workshops, and executive briefings.
- Strategic Partnership Management: Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers at global system integrators and enterprise partners to drive Metropolis adoption.

What we need to see:
- Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
- 12+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, with a strong focus on computer vision and recent advancements in Generative AI, VLM.
- Proven expertise in developing and deploying vision language models (VLMs), large language models (LLMs), and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems.
- Experience with NVIDIA's Metropolis platform, including its AI-powered video analytics capabilities.
- Proficiency in PyTorch and/or TensorFlow, in optimizing models for GPU acceleration.
- Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in C++ for performance-critical components.
- Proven experience in working with global system integrators and enterprise partners on AI solution deployments.:
- Track record of successful product integrations with major system integrators or enterprise clients.
- Developing custom AI solutions that leverage Metropolis capabilities for specific industry verticals.
- Familiarity with edge AI deployment and optimization techniques for Metropolis-powered devices.
- Hands-on experience with transformer architectures and attention mechanisms in the context of VLMs.

- Experience in developing and delivering technical training programs for partners on Metropolis products.

The base salary range is 220,000 USD - 419,750 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
