We are now looking for a highly motivated and qualified RMA (Return Material Authorization) Engineer based in NVIDIA Taiwan. Our team manages subcontractor and provides guidelines and technical supports in sorting all the RMA products, includes testing and verification. The test results may pass to quality team for high level verification. We also work closely with other internal teams to provide service support to fulfill specific requests.

What you'll be doing:

• Set up test station and ensure the functionality and reliability of RMA product test
• Coordinate with internal quality team to provide latest testing diag and sustain the test diags for sorting process.
• Manage material and testing equipment at each test station
• Understand the IPC 610(Institute for Printed Circuits) and Nvidia products
• Driving subcontractor with Key Performance Index and measure for periodic review
• Provide technical assistance/consultations/ demonstrations of our testing and some of working tools / fixture to subcontractor.
• Provide necessary technical support to subcontractors
• Prepare monthly budget for testing equipment/tools

• A recognized bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent, with at least 3 years of experience in test or product engineering.
• Proficient on Linux system is a must. Other computer languages are added advantages.
• Computer literacy and basic data analysis skills are required, as well as the familiarity with computer hardware and networking.
• Experienced with operating system installation and configuration
• Self-motivated and able to work efficiently across different functional teams and subcontractors.
• A self-starter and capable of leading subcontractors.
• Good command of both English and Mandarin.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible and capable to handle multi-task operations
