NVIDIA's Quantum team is looking for Quantum Algorithm Engineers to work closely with leaders in Japan in the Quantum Computing industry leveraging the NVIDIA platform. We are seeking experts in quantum with applications in chemistry, machine learning, error correction and related areas with a desire to enable researchers across a range of disciplines. What you'll be doing:
- Lead and develop collaborations with key leaders, startups and influential researchers in the quantum computing field.
- Discover high impact problems NVIDIA can uniquely solve that create new market paradigms.
- Drive early adoption of new products, and collect feedback and requirements.
- Speak at relevant scientific, technical and industry conferences.

What We Need To See:
- Degree in Physics, Computer Science, Chemistry, Applied Mathematics, or related engineering field (Ph.D. or Masters preferred)
- Extensive background in Quantum Information Science with expertise in one of the following: algorithms for Chemistry, Quantum Machine Learning, Error Correction or similar domain.
- 5+ years experience in Quantum Computing, High Performance Computing and related areas.
- World-class communication skills with a demonstrated ability to articulate a value proposition to technical and non-technical audiences
Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd:
- Experience with GPU computing.
- Hands-on experience in scientific computing, high-performance computing, applied machine learning, or deep learning.
- Background in software development. Bonus points for scientific software development experience.
