Product Program Manager, Applied Systems Engineering

The NVIDIA Applied Systems team is seeking an experienced technology professional for the position of Product Program Manager (PPM) to support product development efforts. You will lead key execution initiatives in our effort to introduce next-generation purpose-built AI supercomputers working alongside high performance computing engineers and technologists. What you will be doing:

Full program ownership, with primary focus on:

  • Comprehensive multi-functional schedules - Ensure sound execution strategy is established and driven.
  • Continuously assessing program risks and mitigation plans
  • Track KPIs (key performance indicators): Bug closure, checklist compliance, etc. and review any POR (plan of record) changes to drive strategy to project teams
  • Own POR, document strategy changes and rationale for decisions
  • Drive understanding of Product Life Cycle, phase/achievement criteria, and multi-functional interdependencies
  • Ensure cohesive collaboration between multi-functional teams and leads such as Head engineer, Hardware, Software, Firmware, Operations, Product Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams
  • Lead project staff meetings to prioritize top issues, roadblocks, and areas of immediate focus to develop plans to resolve
  • Report out program status to stakeholders at all levels
  • Implement AARs (after action review) from previous generation into current program
  • Update program dashboards, rosters, and frameworks to scale communication across the organization

What we need to see:

  • Bachelors (or equivalent experience) in Engineering/CS, Electrical Engineering or similar degree
  • 6+ year Product Development Experience
  • 5+ year Technical Program Management Experience
  • Validated leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to influence without authority
  • Identify and maneuver between decision makers and influencers
  • Understand that strategy is defining the end and mapping a plan backwards step-by-step
  • Owns the results and understands how their program performed last and current generation
  • Always define owners, measurable actions, and critical dates for each deliverable
  • Establish trust and credibility with internal partners

The base salary range is 156,000 USD - 299,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
