We are seeking Product Development Engineers who are experienced, creative problem solvers in various areas and passionate to want to make a visible impact with the work they do. As part of the Operations Product Development Engineering GPU Team, you will work on productizing NVIDIA's chips into consumer, professional and datacenter markets.
What you'll be doing:
- Responsible for HBM bring up on ATE working with internal teams (Test, DFX, Memory).
- Work closely with HBM suppliers to review and ensure it meets quality and reliability metrics.
- Analyze and perform HBM Failure Analysis (FA) on Automatic Test Equipment (ATE).
- Work closely with cross functional engineering teams (System and Board) to understand any memory failures on their setups.
- Work with HBM suppliers to drive root cause with detailed understanding of corrective actions / fixes.
- Find opportunities and define workflows for continuous improvements in areas of driving HBM fallout across NVIDIA manufacturing to 0%.
- Track end-to-end HBM fallout across all NVIDIA manufacturing. Help build tools for tracking and analyzing data.
- Generate and present monthly scorecards to HBM suppliers. Present updates on readiness and risk to NVIDIA management.

What we need to see:
- MS / BS degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of work experience on memory products.
- Strong knowledge of HBM and DRAM.
- Solid understanding key AC / DC parameters in datasheets.
- Experience with product characterization on Verigy 93K tester.
- Proficient in statistical modelling of data using JMP software or other tools for data analysis.
- Working experience using scripting / programming languages (Python / Perl / C++) is preferred.
- Solid communication and presentation skills.
- Solid interpersonal skills and track record as a strong collaborator.
- Dedicated and able to work with minimum supervision.

The base salary range is 128,000 USD - 201,250 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
