What you'll be doing:

  • Work with our strategic partner's engineering leadership, defining the efficient architecture for their business
  • Engage with our product engineering leadership to refine the Omniverse architecture
  • Use your experience and technical expertise and actively contribute with Omniverse design discussions.

What we need to see:

  • BS/MS in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • 15+ years of experience
  • Experience as a full Stack (Web, Backend, Infra) developer with good understanding of how to develop frontends, backend services work and solid ability to scale them.
  • Strong network knowledge/experience solid understanding of proxies/load balancers/etc.
  • Demonstrated experience with K8s/Docker and thorough understanding of virtualization, containerization and massive horizontal scaling.
  • Experience with AWS/Azure/VM
  • Strong understanding of how to set up workloads on various CSPs
  • Experience with Docker files
  • Experience deploying workloads to a CSP
  • Strong experience diagnosing networking issues using first principles and appropriate tools (Wireshark, Iperf).

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Major ownership of a significant system architecture used in production at scale.
  • Hands-on experience with Omniverse SDKs
  • Experience with PIXAR's Universal Scene Description (USD)
  • Background in Helm Charts and/or experience with Terraform

The base salary range is 272,000 USD - 419,750 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
