This position reports directly to the Vice President of Corporate Communications. You will have the chance to collaborate with a team of experienced professional journalists, contributing to the creation and publication of remarkable stories. Additionally, you will work closely with content owners across the company to develop compelling materials that effectively represent our brand and objectives. Building strong relationships with adjacent functions, including executive communications, creative, legal, and social media teams, will be crucial to your success.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Edit both external and internal communications content, ensuring exceptional accuracy, quality and consistency.
  • Manage and provide direction to a team of professional writers, offering guidance on assignments and ensuring their work aligns with our brand.
  • Vet content ideas and recommend the most suitable platforms for publication, overseeing the entire news flow process.
  • Collaborate closely with our public relations, marketing, social media, and business colleagues to develop compelling stories that resonate with our target audience.
  • Serve as the final review for PR, marketing, and other partners, ensuring all NVIDIA and partner content meets our high standards.
  • Conduct copy editing and proofreading to ensure flawless grammar, accurate punctuation, and adherence to our brand and legal guidelines.
  • Manage a collection of communications vendors and occasional contractors, ensuring seamless collaboration and successful implementation of projects.

What We Need to See:

  • Possess at least 15 overall years of professional editing or writing experience, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience.
  • Adept at working collaboratively and effectively with people from various backgrounds and professional domains.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate and drive multiple projects to completion, even when faced with competing priorities.
  • A passion for creating captivating headlines, maintaining a distinctive tone, and ensuring clear grammar and accurate punctuation.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, work well under pressure, and remain available after normal work hours to address any urgent matters.
  • Hold a bachelor's degree or higher, ideally with a focus on communications, journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

The base salary range is 188,000 USD - 356,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
