Logistics Execution Program Manager

In the role of Logistics Execution Operations Manager, you develop and coordinate freight operations for Global logistics. This includes providing execution leadership to a global command center partner, small package partners, freight forwarders, and over-the-road providers. This position is located in the US with global oversight and indirect cross functional support across the globe. The role includes optimizing operations in freight to balance customer/internal delivery commitments with cost efficiency. This person needs to heavily rely on freight data and analytics to guide performance and incent changes to the business to keep ahead of prevailing trends and operating conditions.

This position requires partnership with Manufacturing, Fulfillment, Engineering, Finance, and Trade Compliance to implement new processes, lead changes, collect logistics requirements and/or opportunities to support a cohesive and successful supply chain. This individual must possess hands-on logistics operational, and the technological know-how needed to work capably in fast pace, time-sensitive situations where customer satisfaction and efficient performance is the ultimate goal.

What you will be doing:

  • Scale our logistics execution operation to support NVIDIA's multiple delivery flows.
  • Coordinate freight carriers to predictably support customer delivery commitments at a reasonable cost
  • Drive partners continuous improvement, cost reduction, and adherence to SLAs.
  • Ensure Import and Export Compliance process execution
  • Collaborate on 3PL and Freight Forwarder strategy and selection, including participating in RFQs and contract development
  • Implement and maintain Routing Guides with suppliers to ensure compliance with customer documentation, shipping, packaging, and labelling requirements
  • Assist in execution of ad hoc supply chain opportunities requiring transformation of products by our 3PLs
  • Identify process and systems improvements to scale up current processes without increased headcount
  • Collaborate on integration of automated logistics systems & tools, and act as a key member of numerous internal and business to business automation projects
  • Assist with ad hoc logistics document preparation for international shipments, including classification and valuation to facilitate delivery performance
  • Lead shipment execution and reporting around financial reporting timelines

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics operations and vendor governance
  • Demonstrated results and organization skills for guiding cross-functional teams and superior motivational and effective collaboration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilities; problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level
  • Strong business and financial skills, and a drive for results
  • Demonstrated success in the management of third-party providers in the areas of operations, services, and transportation
  • Startup mentality: creative, and constantly seeking to be innovative

The base salary range is 124,000 USD - 195,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
