We are seeking a highly motivated Inventory Administrator to join our SLT NPI team. This role will run NPI Inventory while supporting Planning and other Operations teams. Communication and alignment are essential in our time critical roles. Perform standard Inventory control functions focused primarily on shipping offshore subcon inventory and B2B processing. Tasks include kitting Production Orders and error fixing; material transfers, cycle counts; support of subcon material movements

What you'll be doing:

  • Log incoming materials and process tasks for rework as advised.
  • Act as a backup for ATE daily priority schedule.
  • Support Planners working with the CM for rework tasks.
  • Maintain shipping logs
  • Complete cycle counts and implement transactions in the inventory system
  • Support Planner in ordering and tracking NPI and production materials.

What we need to see:

  • High School diploma or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years experience.
  • Good English reading, writing, and communication skills.
  • Basic arithmetic skills.
  • Basic understanding of Supply Chain and Inventory Control.
  • Experience with electronics material handling requirements.
  • Digital literacy, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), SAP, or other inventory-related software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and concern for quality.
  • Comfortable working and communicating with others.

The base salary range is 36,800 USD - 57,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
