We are seeking a Hardware Product Manager supporting our Edge AI platforms for robotics, industrial, smart spaces, healthcare and other embedded and edge applications. You will support product definition, product positioning, product launches, evangelism, sales enablement, market & competitive analysis, and more! You will work closely with many groups within NVIDIA including hardware and software product engineering, marketing, sales, operations, and customer support. The successful candidate will be dedicated and passionate about driving new products to market.

What you will be doing:

  • Support the development of NVIDIA Jetson, an embedded compute platform for Edge AI and Robotics, and NVIDIA IGX, compute platform for enterprise edge AI
  • Understand customer use cases and translate them to product requirements.
  • Build compelling Value Proposition, educate sales and marketing.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams including engineering, operations, marketing and sales to drive the go-to-market activities
  • Assist in Market Research and Competitive Analysis
  • Drive the creation of customer facing collateral including product documentation and technical specifications
  • Liaison between the sales and engineering teams to provide pre and post sales customer support
  • Define and supervise benchmarks and critical metrics for highlighting the features of the product

What we like to see:

  • BS/MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in technical product management, hardware engineering, or related field
  • Experience in teamwork across multi-functional teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to think creatively, and adapt to new challenges
  • Strong understanding of:

System on Chip Designs for Embedded and Edge Markets

Computer System Architecture and Integration

Embedded System Software and Board Design Process

Thermal Management/Power

Hardware Interfaces (Ethernet, PCIe, MIPI, USB, I2C, SPI, etc.)

  • Good understanding of computer vision and robotics applications
  • Knowledge of Deep Learning architectures and GPUs.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Expert level understanding of system hardware design
  • Extensive Product Management Experience in AI computing

The base salary range is 140,000 USD - 253,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
