The Global Systems Integration (GSI) team is looking for an expert person who can team closely with sales, marketing, technical and business development executives in a dozen industries to help drive programs, frameworks and develop strategies that will succeed.

Our department supports all NVIDIA enterprise industries adopting AI - from Autonomous Vehicles to Healthcare, Retail, AI Cities and Factories, to National AI, Fintech, Consumer Internet, Service Providers, and more. We do so by incubating innovative ways of driving efficiency in key business processes, conducting analytics and providing effective frameworks, and ensuring that we are driving our business and sales strategies in diverse industries. The successful candidate has already been working business and tech environment, such as a premier consulting firm, and is ready to join a technology innovator that is revolutionizing enterprise business with innovative AI platforms, software and hardware. What you'll be doing:

  • Serve as liaison with staff, executives, senior leaders, and VP of the AI Consulting Group regarding company climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning.
  • Assist with new hires, including documentation and onboarding, and collaborate to build a hiring growth plan.
  • Coordinate daily operations in collaboration with senior managers and department leaders, and perform administrative tasks such as running calendars, generating correspondence, maintaining hard copies and electronic files, planning and coordinating annual corporate meetings, updating confluence, and scheduling facilities.
  • Develop and build on relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and responsiveness of existing operations, and help define operational strategies by working with VP of the AI Consulting Group and other executives on special projects
  • Serve as a subject-matter guide, handling inquiries, developing action plans, and assisting with preparation and dissemination of communications.
  • Identifying areas of improvement across the organization and making recommendations.
  • Organize QBRs with executives and prepare QBR templates and data in conjunction with the leadership team.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ work experience - at major consulting firm, technology, OEM, ISV, or startup.
  • A positive, high-energy demeanor. Ability to influence others to achieve results and carry forward GTM programs in a complex environment.
  • Broad technology understanding. Meet with product leaders, learn about new technology releases, and translate WWFO requirements to product groups.
  • Strong listening skills both verbal and written at executive and contributor levels. Ability to build strong executive relationships. Interpersonal skills that allow projects to be run efficiently and communicated to all.
  • Ability to handle several projects at the same time and prioritize activities based on business requirements. Ability to collaborate with many cross functional teams to drive forward projects.
  • Excellent EQ, interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal skills; able to learn and synthesize sophisticated subjects quickly. Ability to share concise conclusions, and then provide supporting analysis as needed.
  • High tolerance for change, able to adjust, and deliver against many opinions. Works well in highly outstanding, matrixed organization where the mission matters more than the org chart.
  • Power user of office suite and analytic tools

  • Evidence of dedication juggling multiple projects, relationships, and learning to adapt quickly to need. A real passion for getting things done in dynamic sales and technology environment.
  • Proactive, obvious high EQ can work within anyone from CEO to SVP to field engineer to partner and customer. Experience working at/with software or services businesses and their go-to-market
  • Salesforce.com, Tableau, Confluence and other Sales and Marketing automation tools
  • Applying data science or machine learning to analysis
  • Good cultural fit - focused, able to listen, understand and answer the question, looking for the best way to address the problem at the speed of light, etc.

The base salary range is 124,000 USD - 247,250 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
