NVIDIA is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual as a factory planning expert in managing the production schedule, process and capacity, ensuring that manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently to achieve build plans to guarantee supply fulfillment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and contract manufacturing partners to ensure the fulfillment of build plans and optimize processes, enhance productivity, and uphold the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

What you will be doing:

  • Production Scheduling: Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts and resource availability. Ensure that production targets are met while adhering to quality standards and deadlines
  • Resource Allocation: Analyze resource needs, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize production efficiency. Coordinate with various departments to ensure adequate resources are available for production runs
  • Inventory Management: Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock. Implement production and inventory management strategies to reduce inventory costs while meeting production demands
  • Capacity Planning: Working closely with manufacturing teams to align on production plan and capacity readiness with customer demand and supply capabilities. Liaise between production, quality, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment on production goals and changes. Facilitate effective communication regarding production schedules, changes, and potential issues
  • Forecasting demand and inventory levels to ensure product availability and optimize inventory turnover
  • Coordinating with material program managers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products to support production plan.
  • Implementing process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Keep innovative mindset and willing to learn and adapt to new technology trends and embrace digital transformation
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize production data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor productivity and efficiency. Provide regular reports and updates on operational performance to the Regional Manufacturing Lead / Site Lead in Vietnam.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience working in a global manufacturing environment
  • Excellent skillset such as project planning, scheduling and program management skills.
  • Consistent track record of collaboration across teams, customers, and local partners.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Fluency in Vietnamese and English
