What you'll be doing:

This person will be responsible for leading and strategically aligning NVIDIA's diverse portfolio of Enterprise computing solutions to grow our business. You should deeply understand the account strategies, products & solutions, and requirements to craft long-term growth strategies.

  • Lead sophisticated sales process from initial conversation through closure, involving vital internal resources as necessary, and continue ongoing consulting for future upsell opportunities.
  • Build, lead and grow relationships with key partners across multiple departments in Higher Education and Research organisations for continued visibility and penetration within the given organisation.
  • Create and implement strategies to enhance business growth in the research computing sector, applying NVIDIA's sophisticated technology solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations within the research community.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with important individuals in the scientific research field, such as academics, researchers, and industry authorities.
  • Collaborate with complementary teams to develop and implement go-to-market strategies for research computing products and services.
  • Understand and stay up-to-date with industry trends, scientific advancements, and competitor activities to advise business decisions and strategies within HER and identify how their unique problem and/or technology needs can benefit from a relationship with NVIDIA.
  • Build and working with eco-system partners such as NPN Channel Partners and OEMS.
  • Take internal leadership across EMEA
  • Explore new sales models and partnerships to grow the revenue for NVIDIA within the HER vertical.

What we need to see:

  • An advanced degree in a scientific field (Ph.D. preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • Proven knowledge of business operations and a track record of achieving business growth and revenue generation or similar roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with scientific and business audiences, showcasing effective interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of research computing technologies and applications is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to grasp, comprehend and articulate new technologies.
  • 15+ overall years of experience including 10+ years of sophisticated team management and at least 5 years within Higher Education Market.
  • Work optimally in a highly matrixed organization
  • Strong understanding of industry applications, with Machine learning, data analytics, and artificial intelligence experience preferred
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills are a crucial requirement. You love working across all major internal functional areas (engineering, sales, marketing), as well as external partners and customers
  • Self-starter, working with minimal direction.
