What you'll be doing:

  • Setup & complete a yearly EMEA Channel enablement plan; aligned and to support the NVIDIA growth strategy. Containing Products, Solutions and Processes for all EMEA regions. Reflecting the balance between going broad into the channel landscape and deep for selected Partners and/or Communities.
  • Working together with the broader ecosystem and external companies to present a complete story.
  • Build a strong Channel Partner values proposition for all types of Channel Partners that are combined in the NVIDIA Partner Network (such as Solution Provider, Solution Integration Partner, Distribution, Advisors, Global System Integrators and more)
  • Work with regional leaders to define channel enablement needs specifically for their region. Setup & implement with their support but as well on their behalf.
  • Build a virtual team with Marketing, Regional leaders, BU leaders and Channel Solution Architects to drive and lead a constant, 5 star rated channel enablement program that drives high attendee numbers and an EMEA reach.
  • Work with worldwide counterparts to transfer EMEA program & enablement strategies into worldwide execution plans.
  • Lead and execute recurring Channel Partner Program Training & Communication
  • Build strong reporting to track record

What we need to see:

  • Independent working style and push forward mentality
  • 8+ years in a similar role driving Channel Partnership engagement.
  • Bachelor Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in performing Channel Enablement programs on EMEA level.
  • excellent training/presentations/ moderation skills
  • good written and verbal English, preferably a European 2nd Language.
  • Ability to understand very technical solutions quickly and how it can be positioned for Channel Partners
  • Ability to support global GTM strategy with a flawless training match.
  • Transform Product and Customer centric communication into Channel Partner value proposition.

  • Some history of public talks, presentations and trainings, video blogs, or any other demonstration of your desire to educate, captivate and evangelize.
  • History of crafting, driving, and executing EMEA widen Channel enablement programs.
  • Empowered to determine how to get the job done and do what it takes to make our partners successful.
  • You like to work in a start up mentality without stuck structures
  • You have enough perseverance to get things done and find new ways to execute.
