What will you be doing:

  • You will lead the execution of service programs for NVIDIA's Continuous Bring-Up (CBU) strategy and standards. Your expertise will be applied to drive technical optimization of methods, configurations, and cluster health.
  • Develop comprehensive program delivery plans, including prioritization, task sequencing, and risk management strategies, to achieve successful program customer outcomes.
  • Ensure the daily management of infrastructure resiliency to achieve outstanding performance in the AI Factory. Establish positive relationships with CBU teams and customers, understand their needs and expectations, and effectively communicate program status, risks, and mitigation plans to ensure customer happiness.
  • Demonstrating data center and observability tools to enable data-driven decisions for improved service delivery. Driving engagement with partners, decomposing requirements into technical execution plans, tracking progress towards goals, and reporting status to customers and technological leadership.
  • Tracking and evaluating the progress of CBU customer metrics to measure program success, identify areas for improvement, and drive service program initiatives.
  • Continuously analyze and optimize methods, implement alternative resiliency methods, promote the use of sophisticated optimization tools, and ensure flow through all phases across the WW CBU team. Supervise and implement solutions for our CBU customers, drive CBU root cause investigations, and solve customer-focused problems.

What we need to see:

  • BS/MA in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience. Advanced certifications in project or program management are a plus.
  • Minimum 8 years of program management experience in data center and infrastructure optimization, preferably in professional services or consulting.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading end-to-end service programs, including project prioritization, planning, execution, risk management, and customer engagement. 4+ years of technical or service program management experience in the data center domain.
  • Strong customer orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively understand and address client needs.
  • Proven track record of collaborating and leading cross-functional teams, including consultants, engineers, and project managers, to deliver outstanding customer experiences and meet project objectives. Passionate and driven personality with a customer-focused approach.
  • Attention to detail and dedication to delivering high-quality work within established deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of telemetry, observability, and AI workload health monitoring. Experience with cloud infrastructure and data center deployments is a plus.

The base salary range is 188,000 USD - 299,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
