Business Transformation Program Manager

We are looking for a Business Transformation Program Manager to lead and complete critical initiatives that will drive innovation and efficiency across our Operations organization. You will be responsible for leading the scope, budget, timeline, and results of complex multi-functional projects that strive to transform our business processes and systems to make everyday tasks easier. You will collaborate with various team members, including senior management, business units, IT, and external partners, to ensure alignment and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Define and manage the objectives, scope, and success criteria of business transformation projects.
  • Imbed NVIDIA AI technology into solution definitions wherever possible.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
  • Coordinate and supervise the execution of project tasks by internal and external resources.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, issues, and risks to senior management and project sponsors.
  • Ensure quality and compliance of project work and deliver value to the business.
  • Facilitate organizational change and team member engagement activities to support the adoption and sustainability key initiatives.
  • Evaluate and document the outcomes and lessons learned from each project and share standard processes.

What We Need to See:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technology-related field (e.g. Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience
  • Demonstrable experience in supply chain business process implementations, including manufacturing, planning, logistics, new product introduction and business analytics in high-tech industry.
  • Consistent track record of delivering complex and multi-functional projects on time, on budget, and on scope.
  • Strong knowledge and skills in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
  • Superb communication, leadership, and social skills
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse and senior collaborators.

The base salary range is 124,000 USD - 247,250 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
