Supply & Operations Leadership Development Program (LDP) 202 5

Th e Supply Chain LDP is part of nVent's broader Supply & Operations Leadership Development Program (SOLD) , a three-year rotational program preparing participants for future careers in s upply c hain and/or o perations. Participants spend 12 months in each rotation within two or more of nVent's U.S. locations. As a part of SOLD, you will rotate through different facets of the supply chain and/or operations function - gaining exposure, hands-on experience and valuable development within a global manufacturing organization. Supply Chain participants will lead cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive efficiency and effectiveness, using data to identify trends, risks and opportunities - all while developing and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external business partners.

Rotation examples and post-program roles within SOLD - Supply Chain include:

  • Lean Manufacturing


  • Supply Chain Process Excellence and/or Analytics


  • Category Management


  • Logistics


  • E nvironmental, Social & Governance (ESG)


What You Will Experience in this Position:

As a part of nVent's Leadership Develop Program, you'll join a cohort of early career professionals across various functions. Kickstart your journey in June 2025 with a comprehensive week of onboarding and training, setting the stage for your first rotation. The journey doesn't stop there-our program is designed with your growth in mind:

  • Training & Development : Receive ongoing training each year of the rotational program to hone functional competencies, gain business insights, and develop leadership capabilities.

Locations:

  • Geographic flexibility to relocate as necessary is required both during the program and upon completion of the SOLD program.

You Have:

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a b achelor's d egree in supply chain management, logistics , business management or related degree.


  • Graduating between December 202 4 and June 202 5 and available to begin full time employment in June 202 5


  • Authorized to work in the United States without restrictions now or in the future


  • Geographic flexibility both during and upon completion of the program


  • Previous internship , co-op, or work experience


  • Strong verbal and written communications skills


  • Excellent attention to detail and organization skills


P referred Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint


  • Experience with data analytics and data visualization tools (Tableau, etc.)


  • Proven leadership experience


  • Leadership experience and industry-related internship experience a plus
