Whether addressing customer challenges, gaps in the product portfolio, or internal design and production issues, this role requires proactive identification of problems and creative solutions!

  • Design and build prototypes of new technologies, using a strong understanding of design and manufacturing methods, including sheet metal design, hydraulic system design, and control theory
  • Develop and design customized solutions that integrate seamlessly into data center environments and meet customer needs
  • Address customer issues, identify gaps in the product portfolio, and resolve internal design or production challenges
  • Serve as the go-to expert for developing innovative solutions that address operational needs while collaborating with internal teams (sales, services) and external partners (vendors) to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Deliver integrated solutions from concept to implementation
  • Be on the forefront of technology by being the Subject Matter Expert for initial deployments of new data center power, cooling, and mechanical products and solutions
  • Stay informed of industry trends to innovate data center cooling technologies and integrated solutions
  • Spearhead sophisticated projects and lead cross-functional teams to deliver the best solutions


YOU HAVE:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Expertise in liquid and air cooling, power distribution, energy efficiency, and advanced design/manufacturing methods (e.g., sheet metal, hydraulic systems, control theory).
  • Proficiency in software tools, communication protocols, networking topologies, and command line interfaces.
  • Demonstrated ability to prototype new technologies rapidly and solve complex technical challenges collaboratively.
  • Flexibility to travel up to 30% as required
