WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
Highly visible, critical Finance role in our Thermal Management segment as the Finance business partner to the North America Products and associated sales teams and reporting directly to the Finance Manager. This role will provide opportunity in the areas of Finance business partnership, financial modeling, negotiation and structuring of economic incentives. Responsibilities include analyzing data to build a comprehensive picture of our profitability by customer or product lines, geography and vertical markets and success of our key growth initiatives.

- Support month end close process, annual operating plan development and quarterly forecasts with focus on regional sales and sales and marketing expenses.
- Partner with sales, marketing and product management business leaders to develop the financial aspects of 3 year / 5 year Strategic Plan.
- Assist with development and monitoring of key growth initiatives for the product line.
- Responsible for Customer or Product net profitability analysis and reporting.
- Review and assess the financial impact of global customer loyalty programs on the P&L and provide input into periodic forecasts and monthly accruals.
- Partner with the regional sales leader to arrive at weekly revenue pulse forecasts.
- Partner with FP&A Manager to ensure that revenue and expense forecasts are seemlessly integrated into the planning and forecasting process.
- Advanced analytics evangelist - be a proponent of advanced analysis and visualization tools like Tableau and play a key role in improving the skillset among the analyst community.
- Assist in product or customer master maintenance process for Thermal global, as needed.
- Lead special projects and initiatives as assigned by Finance Leadership and/or Enterprise/Segment business partners.
YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required. MBA or CPA/CMA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning, Commercial/Manufacturing Finance or Corporate Finance is preferred.
- Knowledge of US GAAP and International Accounting Standards (IAS).
- Ability to communicate and work with personnel at all levels and establish sound relationships with cross-functional business partners, business leaders and finance personnel.
- Ability to utilize Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Tableau, OneStream XF and SAP.
- Flexible, organized and able to accurately work under time constraints and deadlines.
- Ability to build relationships quickly and to influence effectively.
- Strong work ethic and sense of personal responsibility for work outcomes.
- Solid interest and aptitude for and experience with critical, complicated analytical work.
- Uses sound judgment and fact-based problem solving to advise business partners.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
