Digital Leadership Development Rotational Program 202 5

The Digital Leadership Development Program (D LDP) is a three-year rotational program with 12 months spent in each rotation . The intention is for participants to spend three years within a specific domain/track of the digital organization, rotating within that track each year to provide exposure and build expertise .

Cybersecurity Track

Candidates who pursue rotations within the cybersecurity team will gain exposure to several aspects of cybersecurity at nVent over the course of three years in the DLDP , learning skills that will prepare them for a full-time cybersecurity role helping to secure nVent products, operations, and data against cybersecurity attacks. Potential rotation opportunities within Cybersecurity include:

  • Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Analyst


  • Security Operations Center (SOC) Analyst


  • Vulnerability Management Analyst


  • Network Security Analyst


  • Operational Technology (OT) Cybersecurity Analyst


  • Connected Product and Software Cybersecurity Analyst


Data & Analytics Track

R otations in the Data & Analytics track of the DLDP are focused on providing a broad foundation in data and analytics with flexibility to specialize in areas that align with the candidate's career aspirations. The skills a candidate will explore in these rotations range from data collection & analysis; creation of reports and visualizations; understanding of data governance, data quality, and data lifecycle management; and working with users to apply problem-solving skills to address real-world business challenges with data. Potential rotation opportunities within Data & Analytics include:

  • Analytics Engineer


  • Data Analyst


  • Data Governance / MDM Specialist


Upon completion , participants will continue in a permanent capacity in their development program's domain or track area.

You Have:

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a b achelor's d egree in computer science, cybersecurity, IT, MIS, b usiness a nalytics , or related field


  • Graduating between December 202 4 and June 202 5 and available to begin full time employment in June 202 5


  • Authorized to work in the United States without restrictions now or in the future


  • Geographic flexibility and willingness to relocate to Minneapolis, MN for the opportunity


  • Previous internship , club involvement, or related work experience


Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint


  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI , etc.)


  • Experience with digital business technologies (Cloud, ERP Systems, CRM Systems, etc.)


  • Knowledge of common programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, SQL, Python, Java, etc.


  • Leadership experience and /or industry-related internship experience a plus
