Nuvera is expanding their team! They are in search of a Consultant who will provide analytical and project management leadership with ability to understand and perform analysis of the challenges, support strategy development and execution, manage client relationships and stakeholder communications. 

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide research and analysis, including benchmark, marketing, and cost-benefit analysis in support of the recommendations
  • Participate in client engagements and presentation to help understand client needs, develop / align strategies and plan their implementation
  • Play a lead role in project ownership and delivery. Develop project deliverables in PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, Visio and other tools as needed
  • Develop objectives and project schedules for area of responsibility and ensure that they are met in a timely and cost-effective manner; take corrective action to the project schedule when necessary
  • Support Nuvera’s business development and other internal initiatives such as recruiting, marketing, knowledge management, and best practice improvement
  • Other work as assigned

  • Leadership: Guide and mentor analyst or an early entry-level consultant
  • Business Development: Recognize unmet needs and proactively raise them to assist in the extension of current projects or initiate new projects.

 

Qualifications: 

Education: Bachelor’s degree; MBA or Master’s preferred

Consulting Experience:

  • 2 + years of management consulting experience
  • Presentation and presentation development skills
  • Ability to perform detailed business analysis functions, including development of business process models & functional documentation

Ability to enter client environment and provide business solutions after a detailed assessment of the requirements and the current state of project

Experience working with business stakeholders and users, running client meetings and proactively developing recommendations

Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholder groups and managing cross-functional teams

Work in Cedar Knolls office T/W/T, remote work Monday and Friday

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Visio

United States Citizenship or valid VISA

Experience working in life sciences across several of the following domains:

  • product launch/commercialization
  • product strategy and positioning

  • market access
  • product access and administration
  • reimbursement support
  • adherence solutions
  • hub services
  • health outcomes strategy & optimization
  • specialty pharmacy distribution
  • customer insights
  • commercial model transformation

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations. We consider compensation more than just a base salary – that’s why we also offer an exceptional range of flexible benefits, personal support and tailored learning and development opportunities all designed to help you realize your full potential both in life and at work.

$100,000$140,000 USD
