We are currently seeking a Transact Consultant - Financial Reporting to join our team in Dublin, Dublin (IE-D), Ireland (IE).

Summary of role:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Transact Consultant with Financial Reporting experience to join our team. In this role, you will play a main role in supporting implementation of core banking system for one of our clients, ensuring Finance /Financial reporting related requirements are met and delivered from time to time.

We're looking for someone who will:

• Define requirements for mapping financial information (Products and asset types, mapping of products to a reporting Line, map income to P&L) within the EOD Trial Balance, ensuring all changes align fully with the existing framework already laid out
• Liaise with Finance representatives to ensure all Reporting lines are mapped to appropriate SAP GLs
• Complete impact analysis on financial reporting for future deliverables
• Advise Finance Representatives and document existing/core System behaviours to facilitate informed requirements gathering
• Assign internal reporting-related codes in Temenos Transact CBS such as Product Category Codes to new Transactions (new interest components, fees, etc) as when new products are introduced
• Answer all Finance related queries posed internally within BCA and liaise with Finance Teams as required
• Represent Finance's interests in all discussions pertaining to Temenos Transact deliverables
• Investigation of erroneous or ambiguous transactions/scenarios
• Collaborate with different squads/ teams and ensure finance & financial reporting related requirements are covered and documented

• Liaise with Data Domain and Finance Data Teams, Design teams to define Data requirements and establish source systems for Data requirements
• Define requirements for Data extraction from Transact as required (DFEs)
• Define requirements for Data inclusion in Data Contracts (Accounts Domain) for external exposure
• Represent the Business/Project side to downstream Data consumers - advising on Programme Remit, Scope, Product behaviour, System behaviour, existing Data solutions, etc.
• Investigation of problematic/missing Data at source & assist with all investigations into discrepancies in downstream controls such as the 4-way rec, and liaise with Programme Teams as required
• Answer all queries from downstream consumers of Transact Data

• You will need to show us that:

• You have good knowledge of Banking Finance and financial reporting
• You have implemented Financial reporting on Temenos Transact for major clients
• You are expert in Temenos Transact GL Line mapping & Reporting structure
• You have worked in Financial as well as Data domain, delivering solutions across Core banking systems and Financial reporting systems like SAP GL..
• You can take right decisions on what requirements to include in each sprint or release, based on the value they will deliver to the project/Finance unit needs.
• You can closely work with the Product Owner, Design Team and the delivery squad to resolve design challenges and facilitate providing workaround solutions wherever needed.
• You are a professional with excellent Finance and data acumen and who will connect easily with the Finance unit and support in timely delivery of solutions

• 10+ years of overall experience with a minimum of 5+ years as SME/BA in implementing Temenos Transact
• Expertise in Temenos Transact Financial reporting including Consol keys Definitions, products, asset types, P&L , Line mapping
• Good experience in collaborating with multiple stakeholders across Business and Finance units
• Support Design/Delivery teams from requirement finalisation till delivery of the solution
• Track record of delivering complex requirements in the Finance space covering multiple systems
• Exceptional Communicational Skills (both verbal and written)
• Well versed with Agile methodologies and Ceremonies
