We are currently seeking a TEMP BPO Senior Associate to join our team in Albemarle, North Carolina (US-NC), United States (US).

Job Title: Remote Pharmacy Technician I

(Temporary One Year or longer)

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is 20.00-21.53. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.

NTT DATA Services currently seeks Remote Pharmacy Technician I to join our team for One Year or longer temporary assignment with the possibility of being hired permanently. JOB SUMMARY

This position takes in-coming calls from members, providers, providing professional phone assistance to all callers through the criteria based prior authorization process. Maintains complete, timely and accurate documentation of all approvals and denials, and transfers all clinical questions and judgment calls to the pharmacist.

In this role you will be responsible for:
  • Take incoming calls from members, providers, and clients.
  • Maintain complete, timely, an accurate documentation of approvals, and denials.
  • Provide authorization for prior services and procedures.
  • Assist other areas as needed.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1+ years of Pharmacy technician
  • 1+years of Prior Authorization experience
  • 1+ Microsoft Office
  • National or State Pharmacy license preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.

TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Requires sitting for long periods of time. Some bending, stretching or reaching required. Requires the physical dexterity to operate a keyboard, calculator, telephone, copier and other office equipment as necessary. Requires ability to perform data entry functions for 95% of the scheduled work shift and perform duties in a fast-paced environment with high demands and tight deadlines. Requires ability to view computer monitor for long periods of time without eyestrain.
