We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Senior Specialist to join our team in CDMX, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).
Mandatory Skills
- Strong experience in Source Control tools like: Stash, Gitlab
- Expert experience in creating and managing CI/CD pipelines using: Gitlab CI & Bamboo
- Strong knowledge and working knowledge on Cloud: AWS (EC2, ECR, S3 Buckets, IAM role, Lambda, CloudWatch)
- Experience in Container Management: Docker
- Experience in Orchestration tool: Kubernetes services.
- Artifact repository: Nexus
- Advance experience in application monitoring Tools: Datadog/Dynatrace
- Experience and Admin on messaging Services: Kafka
- Knowledge on API management: WS02
- Log management: Splunk.
- Code as Infra: Terraform
- Troubleshooting production issues and proposing a quick fix
- Unix/Shell scripting
- Curious and focused on continuous improvement.

Job Description:
- Create/manage Build pipelines in Bamboo and Gitlab
- Troubleshooting of build and deployment failures
- Release Management
- Experience working within DevOps team.
- Effective communication with client on issues and opportunities for improvement
- Ability to collaborate with multiple teams to resolve technical issues and fix problems.
- Work within ServiceNow to create requests and changes.
- Assisting developers as requested through Jira tickets.
- Analyze application logs for errors and performance bottlenecks.
- Documentation of processes and procedures
- Champion improvements and drive efficiencies through teamwork
- Patch creation and deployment.
- Work with minimal direction.
- Identify priorities and communicate barriers effectively.
- Influence change
- 8+ years of relevant work experience
