NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Sr. Scrum Master/Product Owner to join our team remotely in KY.
NOTE: Candidate must reside in either the eastern or central time zones of the United States
Summary:
The Sr. Scrum Master/Product Owner will act as a pivotal leader in our cybersecurity initiatives, the Senior Scrum Master / Product Owner will facilitate and guide the development of critical security products. This role combines the rigorous task management of a Scrum Master with the strategic vision of a Product Owner, tailored towards enhancing our cybersecurity posture.
Role Responsibilities:
- Sprint Planning and Management: Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to ensure clarity and productivity among the team.
- Backlog Management: Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, focusing on critical cybersecurity enhancements and ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between cybersecurity teams and other stakeholders, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and met.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and address cybersecurity risks associated with product development.
- Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the scrum process and product impact on cybersecurity posture.
Requirements
A bachelors degree or equivalent experience as a scrum master/product owner within the cyber security domain.
3+ Years in Risk Management, frequency and impact of cybersecurity risks pre and post-mitigation efforts.
3+ Years in Leadership/Management Role
Extensive knowledge of cybersecurity principles and technologies.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified Product Owner (CPO) or equivalent.
Preferred:
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $48.00/hr. This rate reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
