We are currently seeking a Sr. Hardware Testing Engineering Specialist to join our team in Lawrence, Kentucky (US-KY), United States (US).
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform hardware/ ATM testing as a regular job function from the testing lab.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to verify the functionality, usability, and performance of software applications.
- Perform manual testing to identify defects, inconsistencies, and usability issues
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand project requirements and verify that they are met.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure that software updates and changes do not introduce new defects.
- Participate in test environment setup and data preparation activities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA process and testing methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality software releases.

- At least 3+ years if testing as manual QA or Automation tool set.
- At least 1 year experience in Hardware testing. Performed hardware testing is at least of the recent past projects
- On-site hardware testing experience in a lab environment - or any type of hands-on device testing
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, quality assurance processes, and defect tracking.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to identify and document defects and issues.
- Experience with different testing types, such as functional, regression, usability, and compatibility testing.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Software and Technology Testing
Preferred/ Good to have:
- Having Banking domain & ATM testing experience is preferred
