Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect who has worked in the Retail banking domain. As a Domain Consultant in the Banking and Financial Services sector, you will bring your expertise and experience to help our implementation team develop and provide technology solutions to our banking clients. This role involves understanding latest industry trends and challenges.

What you will do

• Evaluate business requirements to recommend scalable solutions that not only align with requirements but align with the company's technology strategy and roadmap.
• Review and document business functional and nonfunctional requirements and propose scalable and extensible solution architectures that meet those requirements in the form of detailed specifications.
• Lead and conduct technical assessments and evaluations of 3rd-party tools and products and provide recommendation of selection to business and IT stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to analyze, design, and implement retail banking solutions aligned with enterprise architectural standards.
• Help to make decisions around architecture, administration, configuration, data structure of various Next Gen Digital Banking Products.
• Experience in broader Banking areas including Retail and Wholesale Banking Across channels - traditional (Branch Banking) and Digital including Online Banking combined with excellent knowledge of CASA accounts.
• Cross-component functional experience; identify and guide the processes between the domain and other Digital banking components, thus providing visibility of the end-to-end business processes.
• Experience of managing complex projects & complete knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Sound knowledge on CASA, CIF, Branch Ops, User Access Management, CASA Services, PPF / SSY, Alerts, Inventory, Clearing, RD, NPA, NEFT, RTGS, etc.
• Good understanding of API's (Interfaces) & Back end, executing SQL queries.
• Must have in depth solutioning experience in Banking Domain (at least in one of these areas Payments, Business and Private Banking, Retail Banking, Loans, Enterprise Data etc.)
• Solution Architect must have a very good understating of technology modern practices and patterns, cloud, Low code platforms and how they should be applied to solve a business problem/outcome.
• Should have the ability to evaluate and present solution options which articulate impact on tech debt as per Target state architecture.
• Ability to manage technical product selection process, scope & execute Tech spikes/PoCs.
• Application/Infrastructure/Enterprise Architect training and certification, e.g. TOGAF
• Hands-on experience in architecting cloud solutions (AWS/Azure/GCP)
