Communicating ideas and viewpoints to senior management.
Acting as a liaison between business and IT groups.
Supervising the design of new products and evaluating how these will perform on the market.
Continuously explore opportunities to improve processes and increase value add to the business
Plan and execute detailed system requirements phases and identify, track, and resolve business systems issues
Assess, research, analyze, and document stakeholder needs, using the recommended or selecting the appropriate information gathering and/or modelling technique to elicit requirements
Contribute to business solutions that satisfy stakeholder needs, while continuously exploring and assessing options for value-add for clients
Contribute to successful completion of project objectives with high quality, within budget, and on time
Prepare appropriate documentation and ensure adequate end-user training for assigned projects
Participate in QA Triage to resolve issues/defects and identify root causes
Perform and execute Post Implementation Verification (PIV) as needed
Creating monthly performance reports.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, IT or any related field.
Proven experience as a business analyst.
Proven training in Business Process Modeling.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of Microsoft Visio and Access is advantageous.
The ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication and leadership skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
