Once You Are Here, You Will:
Work in collaboration with the existing client technical team, senior business analyst, and business stakeholders to accomplish the following:

• Solution Design and Architecture:
  • Define the structure and key components of the solution, including integration points with existing systems.
• Environment Setup:
  • Set up Strategic Profolio Management (SPM) in ServiceNow instances.
  • Configure User Roles and Permissions to ensure appropriate access to the SPM module.
• Configuration of SPM Module:
  • Portfolio Management
  • Project Management
  • Demand Management
  • Resource Management
  • Financial Management
• Integration:
  • Leverage OOTB integrations with other ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, HR) to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Use OOTB data import tools to migrate existing data into the SPM module.
• Testing:
  • Develop Test Plans and test cases focusing on OOTB functionality. Conduct thorough testing to ensure the solution meets all functional requirements and is fully integrated with other systems.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with key stakeholders to validate the configuration.
• Training and Documentation:
  • Develop training materials based on OOTB features and conduct training sessions for end-users.
  • Provide user guides and documentation to support the pilot users.
• Deployment:
  • Deploy the configured SPM module in the pilot environment.
  • Monitor the pilot deployment and provide Support to resolve any issues during.

1. Experience in the developing the strategy, architecture, and delivery of ServiceNow based applications (including but not limited to the following ServiceNow capabilities: Strategic Portfolio Management, Reports and Dashboards, UI Builder, AppEngine)
2. Extensive expertise in the latest trends and best practices for developing investment, project, and portfolio management applications, specifically within the framework of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) implementation. This includes proficiency in leveraging ServiceNow's capabilities to optimize strategic planning, demand management, resource allocation, and agile project execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and maximizing return on investment.
3. Have minimum 10 years experience within the last 12 years in ServiceNow integration

• Be certified in ServiceNow
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of system and integration development methodologies and practices.
