We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Developer & Specialist to join our team in Ashburn (HYBRID), Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).
Position Summary:
We are seeking a versatile ServiceNow Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform and will be expected to contribute in multiple areas, stepping in to support the team as needed. This role requires flexibility, a proactive approach, and the ability to handle various responsibilities across the development and testing spectrum.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and services as required.
- Participate in testing activities to ensure the quality and functionality of ServiceNow implementations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Take on various tasks as needed by the team, demonstrating a willingness to support different aspects of the project.
Basic Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree/bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant technical experience.
- Minimum 1 year of ServiceNow experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript and familiarity with APIs and integrations.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working independently and in a team environment.
- Public Trust Security Clearance
Preferred Skills:
- Certifications in ServiceNow Administration or Development are a plus.
- Experience in Agile development environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
