NTT Data is seeking a Senior Service Desk Associate to join out team in supporting NIH NIAID.
The Senior Service Desk Associate will provide Tier 1 level support for an extremely diverse Biomedial research institute consistition of over 4,800 users in a Windows/Macintosh/Linux enviorment. This job is quite challenging with state of the art equipment. We are looking for people with experience in various aspects of customer service, level 1 troubleshooting in Microsoft programs, along with basic support in Windows/Mac enviorments over the phone and using remote tools. This candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast paced workspace with demanding users.

Essential duties:
- Responding to users by phone or ticketing system in a timely fashion while documenting any activity relating to the ticket.
- Proper knowledge of knowing when and how to escalate a ticket when Tier 1 level troubleshooting has been exhausted.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years exp. in Windows/Macintosh/LInux Environment
- BPO-Application Support-Customer Support3+ years exp
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is 40k to 70k. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
