Good understanding of audit methodology and audit execution; good written and communication skills and be able to hold meaningful discussions with stakeholders; good understanding of equity capital markets, leasing product knowledge and credit risk underwriting and monitoring processes

Critical skillset:
- 5+ years of experience in performing audits for Equity Capital Markets, Leasing and Credit underwriting/monitoring activities
- Previous Consulting Background
- Must understand key considerations for a credit application/review of a new commercial loan relationship along with analysis of financial and non-financial risks
- Must understand syndicated risk
- Have experience with leveraged finance

This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
