We are currently seeking a Security-SIEM-- Security Analysis Specialist Advisor to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

The Security Operations Center (SOC) Security Specialist Advisor is a member of a team who proactively manages IT security on behalf of customers to reduce the impact of security incidents and system compromises. The successful candidate will provide security monitoring, event analysis, and countermeasure proposals. This position requires shift work in a 24/7/365 environment therefore after-hours work may be required. This position requires that candidate possess or is eligible to receive a government clearance.

• • 247365 monitoring: continuous monitoring of Alerts/Events via SIEM platforms with deep analysis, investigations, and providing recommendations.
  • Detect security issues, create customer tickets, and manage problems until closure;
  • Coordinate escalations and collaborate with internal technology teams to ensure timely resolution of issues;
  • Ensure that Service Level Agreements are met;
  • Perform system maintenance and maintain current documentation;
  • Provide resolution plans for system and network issues;
