SAP Implementation and Customization:
Seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and driving the adoption of our most critical systems to ensure our Client is successful in the near and long term. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams spanning engineering, supply chain, operations, manufacturing, accounting, finance, people, and more to understand the business needs, engineer solutions, and ensure our systems are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Strong in SAP functional modules with an initial focus on Finance and Purchasing capability.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical.
Configure and customize SAP Public Cloud modules according to best practices.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing of SAP Public Cloud solutions.
Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution for SAP Public Cloud solutions.
Collaborate with other SAP consultants, developers, and project managers to ensure quality and timely delivery of SAP Public Cloud solutions
Able to Design interfaces, custom reports, tables, programs, conversions, enhancements, and Forms (RICEF)
Able to lead cross-functional module activities.
Lead the implementation and customization of SAP applications to align with the company's unique business requirements.
Able to perform as SAP SME to an automation team.
Strong experience in writing functional specifications.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
Provide training and coaching to business and IT users on SAP Public Cloud best practices and standards.
Integration Management:
Design and manage the integration of SAP modules with other enterprise applications and systems.
Ensure seamless data flow and consistency between SAP and other business-critical applications.
Custom Development and Enhancement:
Develop and implement custom solutions within the SAP environment to address specific business needs.
Continuously evaluate SAP updates and enhancements, applying them to improve system functionality.
User Training and Support:
Provide training sessions to end-users on SAP functionalities and best practices.
Offer ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure the smooth operation of SAP applications.
System Upgrades and Patch Management:
Plan and execute SAP system upgrades and patch management activities.
Collaborate with the IT team to minimize downtime and ensure a secure and up-to-date SAP environment.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
Monitor SAP system performance, analyze trends, and implement optimizations to ensure optimal functionality.
Conduct regular performance assessments and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP configurations, custom developments, and procedures.
Generate regular reports on SAP system performance, user activity, and issue resolution for management review.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and identify areas for SAP-driven improvements.
Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure SAP solutions align with the strategic goals of the organization.
Basic Qualifications:
8 - 12 Years of IT Experience with expertise as a Solution Architect in SAP ecosystem, in ECC, S/4 HANA
Expertise in IT Delivery/Project management, IT Architecture, Agile (SAP Activate) & Waterfall Methodologies, and different application components
Solutions-oriented IT professional who excels at managing projects, collaborating with project teams, interfacing with internal / external stakeholders, managing stakeholder engagement & communication, presenting solutions, and deploying appropriate technology to build successful SAP solutions and services.
Expertise in leading large teams of diversely skilled professionals, across key functional areas in the IT service delivery, service management, incident management, SLA & audit requirements adherence
Expertise in end-to-end business processes specially - PTP (Procurement to Pay), OTC (Order to Cash), RTR (Records to Report) in ECC and S/4 HANA
Experience in Cloud technologies, SaaS products in SAP ecosystem
Expertise in implementation project life-cycles including; blueprinting, configuration, testing, cut-over and go-live support
Proven ability to deliver all types of critical projects, managing substantial revenues, flawless executions of strategies within defined budget, time and quality.
Proficient in performing reviews, assess solution approach, gain acceptance of solution, involving the stake holders, manage schedule of reviews, application development methodologies and ensuring right decisions are taken
Proficient using Project Management tools (JIRA, Visio, HPQC, Sharepoint, Enable Now), preparing and presenting appropriate status reports
Strong business acumen. High-level leadership and mentoring ability. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Degree: Bachelor's in computer science or related field
Nice to Have; (But not a must)
Enterprise Solution Architect with S/4HANA Implementation Experience
Must be able to fluently communicate in English
Experience with global, large scale ERP implementations
Business and Process Knowledge
Cross functional knowledge in business domains
Excellent time-management/schedule skills; ability to meet deadlines.
Results-oriented and demonstrated experience in leading work sessions with multiple stakeholders.
