Job Description:

  • Lead and support system testing activities, including system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring production planning processes work as intended and data is correctly migrated. Address issues discovered during testing and ensure system readiness for go-live.
  • Develop training materials and conduct end-user training sessions to ensure that the core and power users are equipped to effectively use the new SAP system. Document the migration process, configuration settings, and business processes for future reference.
  • Provide issue resolution during the migration phase, including troubleshooting system errors, data discrepancies, and process challenges. Ensure that all PP processes function smoothly post-migration.
