We are currently seeking a SAP Basis Sr.Consultant to join our team in CHENNAI, Tamil Nādu (IN-TN), India (IN).
SAP S4 HANA Basis Consultant with 8+ yrs of experience
- Problem troubleshooting and resolution for escalated calls.
- Setup and maintenance DR standby server and troubleshooting
- System refresh / system copy
- HANA DB administration
- Experience in Backup / Recovery tools processes and procedures.
- SSO configuration
- Web dispatcher setup and Troubleshooting
- Solution Manager: Technical monitoring setup / Alter threshold values as needed
- Implement EWA & Mandatory SAP recommended Vulnerabilities remediation
- SPS upgrade
- Lead basis support team
- Lead the planning and implementation of SAP system upgrades and Quarterly Maintenance.
- Guiding the team technically in all areas of service defined within SAP BASIS areas
- Coordination with and supporting the functional team as per requirement
- Responsibility of entire Basis operation and Internal and external Escalations
- Ensure that appropriate controls are in place to handle processes and maintain compliance with internal and external Audit rules.
- Conduct meetings with IT partners reviewing current activities and planning future activities. Submit maintenance plans for approval of Non-prod & Production environments.
- Should be able to work on SLA's, should have experience to handle multiple clients and ability to sync with different clients and different process simultaneously.
- Weekly / monthly status report presentation
- Good Communication and presentation skills
