Job Description
Candidate will be a part of the Global Markets Change Management Team focusing on regulatory implementation and efforts to maintain compliance with existing regulations. Remit will include support of end-to-end regulatory and/or strategic initiatives as well as running a variety of business as usual processes relating to US derivatives regulations, Uncleared Margin Rules and the firm's Good-to-Trade processes. In this capacity, the candidate will work closely with Sales & Trading COOs, Compliance, Legal, and numerous other support partners. The ideal candidate will have experience working on complex initiatives and developing and/or running control-oriented, business processes.

• Help manage end-to-end regulatory and/or strategic initiatives, including building out initiative roadmaps and tracking progress
• Running client processes relating to US derivatives regulations, Uncleared Margin Rules and the firm's Good-to-Trade processes
• Escalate issues for senior management decisions where required and have the ability to influence senior executives
• Amending or creating procedures, training guides, or other reference materials
• Individual will need to be comfortable with data analysis to ensure the relevant pieces are being presented out / assessed against

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this role is (HOURLY 100 TO 105). Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
