We are currently seeking a Project Program Mgmt. Senior Specialist to join our team in BENGALURU, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Responsibilities

  • Budget management of programme and projects, responsible for monthly review of forecasts against budget and actuals, work collaboratively with the Delivery lead to ensure accuracy of forecasts and actuals, costs, revenue and declaration of missing timesheets.
  • Review Stabilisation - monthly review of cost/revenue and billing details, check accuracy and quality of data, obtain approval from Delivery lead to stabilise project.
  • Timesheet management, track resources timesheets and expenses, ensure costs of resources align with forecasts, understand reasons for deviation from forecast. Reconcile and provide explanation to management
  • Using tools (Kimble) to raise new resource demands, forecast resource demand and track the assignment of resources
  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding of project staff, where applicable track security clearance status of resources.
  • Manage contracts/SoWs, raise Purchase Orders and raise goods receipts, track progress of Invoicing and billing. Ensure outstanding debts and unbilled invoices are not overdue.
  • Highly Competent at gathering and organising information for wider leadership to use in decision making, reporting and tracking
  • Tracking the progress of contractual deliverables
  • Support the development and maintenance of project RAIDs
  • Document management and tracking
  • Stakeholder communication, management and tracking
  • Access and Asset management
  • Highly collaborative, team players working effectively and efficiently within Project Management Office Practice

Skills and Experience (also provide details of Qualifications)
  • Well versed with NTT DATA internal processes and workflows
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent, with a numerate or computing related subject focus
  • Experience of a wide range of SLDC methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile Scrum, Kanban, behavioural-driven development (BDD), and continuous integration
  • Good working knowledge and application of project financials, T&M and Fixed Price.
  • Good understand and application of Project Management methodology.
  • Good understanding of PMO processes and responsibilities
  • Good understanding of financial and commercial aspects of project and programme delivery
  • Must have experience working for a professional services / consulting organization and delivering into a client (as opposed to client-side delivery)
  • Must have a flexible, customer-focused approach and take the initiative to resolve issues
  • Problem solving skills
  • Highly collaborative team player
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Must be able to operate with a high level of uncertainty
  • Expertise in MS Excel is required
  • Working experience of SAP is desirable
  • Knowledge of MSP and PRINCE2 desirable
