We are currently seeking a Project Manager - S/4 HANA Implementation to join our team in Irving, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Work with IT leadership and the ERP/Business Application Managers, to realize our enterprise application roadmap.
• Develop project plans and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Lead the development and implementation of a broad, coordinated set of plans and programs to meet the goals and priorities of the organization.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Assist in establishing realistic timelines and goals for project deliverables
• Demonstrate superior collaboration skills and techniques which appropriately define alternate solutions; resolve conflicts; and create partnerships with team members and stakeholders
• Work seamlessly with Organizational Change Management to drive change to ensure project success while taking full account of obstacles, opposition, and differing stakeholder priorities
• Develop / maintain detailed project budgets
• Follow standard project methodology frameworks to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
• Manage project status, risks and issues with appropriate escalation mechanism
• Pro-actively develop and implement strategies that significantly mitigate program/project risk
• Establish contacts and cultivate relationships and a network both inside and outside of EnerSys
• Conduct follow-up meetings with stakeholders and team members to continuously improve project management processes and toolkits

• 8+ years of in-depth experience in SAP S/4 HANA and/or SAP ECC across configuration, implementation and project management domains
• Minimum of 2 end to end SAP S/4 HANA implementations for a large enterprise (combination of brown field and green field) in Manufacturing organization strongly desired.
• TRAVEL REQUIRED: US based with ability to travel throughout the US.

• Strong IT Application Project Management skills required
• PMI or equivalent certification / relevant experience preferred. Solid analytical / problem solving skills required.
• Ability to evaluate IT and business challenges from a broad perspective.
• Proven experience structuring frameworks/approaches to complex problem-solving experience in LEAN processes is strongly preferred
• Experience working successfully in large, complex, fast-paced organizations
• Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) or Prince II. Experience with other Project Management tools.
