The Project

Operational Resilience Compliance Project

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning:

- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.

- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.

2. Stakeholder Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and cross-functional teams.

- Communicate project progress, status, and changes effectively.

3. Team Leadership:

- Lead project teams, assigning responsibilities and tasks.

- Motivate and guide team members to meet project goals.

- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

4. Budget and Resource Management:

- Monitor project budget and resource utilization.

- Make adjustments as necessary to ensure cost-effectiveness.

5. Risk Management:

- Continuously assess project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.

- Implement change management processes as needed.

6. Quality Assurance:

- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and compliance requirements in the banking sector.

7. Reporting and Documentation:

- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.

- Maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements:

- Proven end to end Project Management experience, managing large scale projects in the banking domain.

- Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations.

- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to closure.

- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.

- Full P&L and Budget management responsibility for projects managed

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Proficiency in project management tools and software.

- Ability to adapt to changing project priorities and deadlines.
