Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing enterprise analytical solutions using Power BI. This role will primarily focus on expanding our business intelligence portfolio by building Power BI datasets, reports, and dashboards for various business functions, including finance, supply chain, manufacturing, sales, and more.

• Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to support various business operations, planning, and decision-making.
• Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities across different business domains such as procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution processes.
• Data Integration: Collaborate with data engineering teams to connect Power BI with various data sources such as ERP systems, databases, and cloud-based platforms.
• Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into BI solutions.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure dashboards are optimized for performance and provide a seamless user experience.
• Data Governance: Follow Integra's guidelines for data governance, security, and sharing of Power BI assets.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Power BI capabilities and integrate innovative features to enhance reporting capabilities.

• Technical Skills: 5+ years of experience in Power BI, SQL, and other data analysis tools, with at least 3 years focused on Power BI. Experience with data integration and ETL processes.
• Business Domain Experience: Experience in business domains such as supply chain planning, manufacturing, sales reporting, and finance reporting is a plus.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation abilities to convey technical information to diverse audiences.
• Collaboration: Proven track record of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

• Experience with advanced analytics tools (Python, R).
• Knowledge of ERP data model.
• Familiarity with Azure Data services (Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory) for data integration.
• Understanding of supply chain KPIs and business impact analysis.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Certifications in Power BI data analysis is a plus.
