We are currently seeking a Software Development Advisor to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Job Description:
Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis)

  • Provides technical leadership (MuleSoft platform, best practices, standards, guidelines, roadmaps) to development teams.
  • Architect/create reusable components, standards, templates, guidelines, patterns to be used by other team members using MuleSoft Integration platform.
  • Conduct workshops with stakeholders to understand and analyze business requirements and problem statements.
  • Conducting/attending agile ceremonies, coordinate onshore/offshore delivery, guide/Impart technical expertise to team members.
  • Manages user expectations regarding appropriate milestones and deadlines.
  • Designs technology solutions by modeling requirements and applying standard application methodology best practices
  • Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each) 7- 10 years' experience
  • Experience with Anypoint platform set up including identity management, Client management, Roles and access, environment, VPC, DLB, VPC sizing, firewalls, network, cloud concepts etc
  • Experience in leading Implementation projects & customer facing roles - Experience in integration build processes from inception to production - Hands-on development experience in Mule 4.x including RAML design, REST API design, Flow, Sub flow, message processor, connectors, components, scopes, flow control, error handling, batch processing, Dataweave 2.x, java, custom connector SDK, MUnits, etc. - Experience with enterprise integration patterns.
  • Must have performed MuleSoft Platform architect role on projects.
  • Experience with various deployment options in MuleSoft e.g., cloudhub, on-premise, RTF, PCF and private cloud etc
  • Experience in configuration, implementation and usage of any Message Queue ( for e.g. Rabbit MQ, Mulesoft MQ, Azure MQ etc) in projects
  • Experience in Core Java, Messaging (JMS), Web API - SOAP, REST, XML, YAML, CSV, TCP, WebSocket, HTTP, REST, JSON, SOAP, JDBC, JMS, FTP, etc.
  • Experience with Services Oriented Architecture and RESTful Architecture, web services, microservices Architecture.
  • Experience in creating HLD and LLD along with knowledge in UML to create related artifacts.
  • Experience and understanding of complete API lifecycle and API management.
  • Experience in implementing security aspects including API security, authentication, authorization, message & transport-level security.
  • Experience in designing performant, scalable, fault-tolerant and highly available application architecture.
  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD concepts and build pipelines using Jenkins, Maven, git, docker, ansible, etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiar with the concepts of SDLC with proficiency in mapping business requirements, technical documentation, application design, development and troubleshooting for information systems management

  • Experience using Agile, Scrum and iterative development practices
  • Good to have MuleSoft Integration/platform Architect certification.
  • Experience in leading Implementation, Enhancement and Support projects.
  • Production Support and Incident Management.
  • Knowledge of integration with Healthcare EMR (preferred EPIC integration)

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($41.63 TO $96.34). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
