Member Services Representative
Location: Remote-Illinois (Must be located in the state of Illinois)
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
Start Date: 11/4/2024
Shift: M-F 8-5:30 pm
Employment Type: Long Term Contract /Not a Direct Hire
- Front line customer service inbound call center representative assisting members, prospective members and providers with questions regarding benefits, pharmacy services, provider listings, etc. in a high volume, fast paced, call center environment.
- Customer Service Representative is the face of Health plan and impacts members' service experience by manner of how customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, internet or written correspondence are handled.
- Customer inquiries are of basic and at times complex nature.
- Engages, consults and educates members based upon the member's unique needs, preferences and understanding of Health plans, tools and resources to help guide the members along a clear path to care.

Experience:
3 years' experience with the Center for Medicare/Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines for Medicare Part D enrollment processes
3 years Call Center experience
3 years Health Plan experience
3 years Microsoft office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams)
3 years Utilizing multiple software systems
Education: High school diploma or GED required

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly rate for this remote role is $22.09. This reflects the target compensation for the position across all US locations. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
