We are currently seeking a Kore.ai Senior Developer to join our team in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh (IN-AP), India (IN).
Roles & Responsibilities:
- 8-10 years of experience in Software development with at least 5+ yrs hands on KORE.ai, SmartAssist, IVR Technologies, Java Script, Python
- Good experience on Conversational AI Platform
- Exposure to Gen AI and its concepts with conversational AI Products
- Good experience in understanding the business requirements and creating chatbots in Kore.ai XO Platform, Search Assist
- Experience on Node JS used for chatbot backend technology
- UI-side development experience in any one of the technologies Java Script /Angular.JS / React.JS/Vue.JS
- Good experience in Design and Solution Architecture for creating chatbots voice bots using Kore.ai
- Provides subject matter expertise in building bots using Kore.ai across domains (voice, web agent assist).
- Expertise in applying the build once/deploy multiple strategy for bots across chat, voice and agent assist.
- Expertise in troubleshooting Kore.ai errors.
- Experience in utilizing ITSM ticketing tools like Service Now / Jira / others for integrating within Chatbots
- Support the Hyper care period after the go-live.
- Having excellent communication skills to work with stakeholders

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- 4+ years of support experience on Kore.ai
- Experience in Web Services using REST, SOAP
- Knowledge of different authentication and authorization techniques
- Exposure to any of the cloud platforms like AWS/GCP/Azure
Preferences:
- Experience working with Business teams preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Ability is work in the shift mode (afternoon)
