- 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position.
- Solid knowledge of Windows/MacOS/Linux operating systems.
- Excellent customer service skills.

- Availability to travel nationally and internationally.
Job Responsibilities
- Hardware troubleshooting.
- Software installation and support
- Network configuration and troubleshooting
- Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- Remote desktop support
- Provide technical support in the field to clients.
- Resolve technical problems in operating systems.
- Perform preventive and corrective hardware maintenance.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction.
