We are currently seeking a IT Facilities Associate Director to join our team in Yonkers, New York (US-NY), United States (US).

**This role requires working onsite daily at our client's facility and requires employee to be fully COVID vaccinated on or before start date, to the extent required by applicable law.

Responsibilities:

• Empower a culture of safety, security, and compliance in all aspects of our operations.
• Lead and manage a team of project managers, network and smart hands professionals supporting the customer's environment.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of a 24/7 environment
• Supervise the on-site management of sub-contractors and vendors, ensuring that all work is performed according to established practices and procedures.
• Establish and enhance a strong working relationship and engagement with our client, staff, and act as the point of contact between NTT and the client.
• Establish performance benchmarks, conduct analyses, and prepare reports on all aspects of the operations.
• Prepares high level activity and progress reports and presents to senior leadership.
• Manage all work activities, within specified change control / management protocol.
• Assures program implementation, risk identification, and mitigation.
• Manage the administer MOPs and SOPs for all work on critical facilities / data center facility equipment.

• • 3+ years' experience leading and motivating a diverse, technical workforce
  • 10+ years' experience working in a data center or other critical environment facility
  • Must be able to lift to 50 pounds
  • Personal vehicle to travel between sites

• Solid Understanding of Critical Electrical and Mechanical / HVAC equipment
• Solid understanding of Network switches, patching and cabling standards
• Relevant working experience in a data center or other critical environment facility, working with operation of building cooling, electrical, mechanical and life safety systems, electrical power monitoring, branch circuit monitoring, building automation and battery monitoring systems, network equipment and cabling.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Previous experience as a Client Manager
• Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the facilities
• Must be able to access all parts of the company equipment
• Must be able to travel to all local customers sites
• Insurable Driving Record
• Be on call for break fix issues
• Use full range of manual dexterity (i.e., sitting, squatting, bending, kneeling, walking, and lifting).
• AutoCAD, RCDD, or experience with cable, Fiber installation, and troubleshooting capabilities
• Experience managing the company's type of facilities, equipment, and events
• Project Management experience
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills
• Strong change agent
• CDCMP or equivalent military facilities training / certification

• Bachelor's degree in technology, business, or related field, or equal experience in lieu of education Equivalent military facilities training / certification equivalent.
