Job Description

Design and Collaboration: Architecture leads are responsible for insuring business and technical requirements are translated into design specifications, collaborating with other architects to ensure solutions align with strategic directions, and continuously reviewing project implementations to maintain alignment with approved architectures.

Best Practices: Architecture lead helps foster the creation and socialization of corporate architecture standards and best practices, and initiate proof of concept/technology when appropriate.

Knowledge and Experience

Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field

Extensive background in designing infrastructure architectures for global enterprises

Previous experience working in Systems, Network Architecture or Engineering.Previous experience working in a low-latency environment, such as the financial industry. Good knowledge of server operating systems and their TCP/IP stacks, Linux, and Windows.

Demonstrated technical expertise and acumen of over 10 years or more in one or more specialty fields (Systems - HW/OS, Storage, Security, Networking - L2/L3, Cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP) Maintain strong hands-on technical expertise to facilitate proof of concept evaluations and foster collaboration with engineering teams.

Knowledgeable of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF/ITILHas experience in developing enterprise security design patterns, standards, and guidelines.

Strong familiarity with networking, virtualization, and general IT systems

Broad knowledge of core information security principles, such as access control, least privilege and data integrity, along with security capabilities

Experience in a DevSecOps environment

Understanding/Knowledge of global security frameworks and standards, such as NIST, CIS, FIPS
