We are currently seeking a Helpdesk Associate to join our team in Rockville, Maryland (US-MD), United States (US).
Service Desk support supporting front line customers with Tier 1 technical support. This position is 100% phone support in a remote environment supporting various COTS and NIAID applications.
Required Skills:
BPO-Application Support-Customer Suppor - 0 to1 year exp.
Application Support-IoT-L1 or L2 Support - 0 to 1 year exp.
