HEDIS Reviewer II
Seasonal - REMOTE (West Virginia, New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, and Indiana)

Position Summary:
Participates in the review of medical records to abstract clinical information for HEDIS reporting. May require travel to physician offices; Nursing license preferred but not required. Successful HEDIS review experience may be substituted for licensure
Duties:
This position will locate and download appropriate documents from the case management system and interpret relevant measure criteria. This documentation is annotated via Adobe PDF and populated into a data collection tool to record compliance with HEDIS and CMS performance measure technical specifications. It is essential for all documentation of required information is accurate and complete. The candidate must be proficient with conducting 100% of work activities on the computer.

Experience:
• 0-3 years of experience auditing and/or abstracting medical records required
• Excellent skills using Adobe/PDF to include commenting/ annotating are required.
• Excellent skills and working knowledge using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer (creating, saving files to folders)
• Ability to follow directions with minimum errors
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, procedures
• Previous experience entering data using Inovalon/QMRM (QSHR) a plus
• Communicate in a clear, concise, and appropriate manner to all levels of staff
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and personal pride in work performance
• Exceptional attention to detail and excellent analytical, investigation, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Prioritize and accurately complete tasks within established timeframes
Education:
Associates or Bachelors (US Based)

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is 33.50 hr . This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
