We are currently seeking a GoLang & React.JS Developer - REMOTE to join our team in Toronto, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada (CA).
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications using GoLang
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and product managers, to gather and refine requirements, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and client needs.
- Develop clean code that is maintainable and well-structured, adhering to best practices and industry standards for GoLang development.
- Provide senior level technical oversight on multiple IT projects simultaneously.
- Understand IT challenges and current state to assist formulating suitable IT strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
- Analyze requirements and use cases to determine approach and development strategies.
- Drive the design and construction of innovative technology solutions for the client's complex business problems.
- Understand relational (SQL) versus document (NoSQL) data models.
- Quick learner and problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Minimum Requirements:
- 4+ years' experience in building scalable applications in Golang
- 4+ years of React.JS development experience
- 1+ year working on a Google Cloud Platform
Other Preferred Skills:
Experience in REST API and microservices.
Dockers - Kubernetes
Use of AI - Gemini
Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
